Ludo Fighters roadmapThe road to home

Every Ludo piece walks the same track: out of base, around the board, up the home lane. Here is ours. What is already in the game, what is being finished right now, and what we plan to build next.

The track

Base to home, square by square

Solid squares are in the game today. Brass rings are being worked on. Dashed squares are planned: ideas we want to build, not dates we promise.

BASEWhere the game started
In the game
  1. Gun-fight captures

Land on an enemy and your soldier opens fire: pistol, rifle burst or shotgun up close, a sniper shot from long range, or a lobbed grenade. The enemy is knocked out, vanishes in smoke and respawns at base. Safe stars carry a shield.

  2. 4 battlefields with their own air

Jungle, Desert, Snowfield and Night Ops. Bases are sandbag bunkers, stars are shield bunkers, the centre is a headquarters with a waving flag, and each map has its own terrain and ambience.

  3. 2 to 6 squads, 1 to 6 soldiers

A four-house board for up to four squads and a six-house board for five or six, with Purple and Orange joining the classic colours. Pick from one to six soldiers per squad.

  4. Online squads

Quick battle for 2, 4 or 6 players (Lumi AI fills empty seats), private rooms with a 6-letter code, rejoin after a drop, fixed callouts instead of chat, and report or block for any player.

  5. Lumi AI personalities

Rookie, Aggressor, Guardian, Strategist and Commander. Commander looks a turn ahead over every roll of the dice.

  6. Walking, talking soldiers

Soldiers march square to square and call out the action with a speech bubble: 39 recorded lines across 16 moments, plus moods when danger is close.

  7. Target rings

On your turn, enemies one to six squares ahead get a red ring. After the roll, the ones you can hit exactly get a TARGET lock.

  8. Every mode and house rule

Play vs Lumi AI, Custom match, Pass & play and Online squads. Need a 6, three 6s forfeit, exact roll home, extra-turn switches, win condition, one die or two.

  9. A sound for every action

Recorded footsteps for each map, aim, gunfire, alerts and map ambience, plus battle music made in-house, with separate volume sliders for music, sounds and voice.

In progress

Getting the game onto Google Play and the App Store. Coming soon, no date announced.

  2. Match history and profile

Your wins, knock-outs and favourite map, battle by battle.

  3. Power-up squares

Medkit, landmine square, airstrike card and shield pickup.

  4. Killcam replay you can share

Replay your best gun fight and send it to the friend you just knocked out.

  5. More battlefields

New board skins beyond the first four.

  6. Soldier skins and helmets

    Cosmetics unlocked by completing missions.

  7. Daily missions

Small daily goals to give every session a target.

  8. 2v2 team mode

Two squads against two, on one side together.

  9. Ranked leagues

Climb against players at your level.

  10. Squad voice packs

Different voices for your squad's callouts.

Fair warning

How to read this page

In the game means it is built, play-tested and part of the game you will download.

In progress means someone is working on it now. It is not finished.

Planned means we want to build it. Plans change: a feature that is not fun in play-tests gets cut or reworked.

No dates on purpose. We would rather tell you when something is ready than miss a date we made up.
