What is Ludo Fighters?+
Ludo where every piece is a cartoon soldier and every capture is a short gun fight. Two to six squads of one to six soldiers race around a Ludo board turned battlefield, with sandbag bunkers for bases, shield bunkers on the safe stars and a headquarters in the centre. When you land on an enemy, your soldier opens fire (pistol, rifle, shotgun, sniper or grenade) and the enemy is knocked out and respawns at its base.
Can I play on my own?+
Yes. Play vs Lumi AI puts you against three Lumi AI squads with one tap. Lumi AI is the game's computer opponent. In Custom match you pick its personality: Rookie, Aggressor, Guardian, Strategist or Commander. When you play solo, the board turns so your colour sits bottom-left, facing you.
Can I play with friends?+
Yes, on one phone or online. Pass & play lets friends share one device, and the far side's dice face them. Custom match lets you set each of up to six colours to a human, Lumi AI or off, and name every player. Online squads let friends on different phones play together in a private room with a 6-letter code.
Is there online multiplayer?+
Yes. Online squads has Quick battle (2, 4 or 6 players; after about 15 seconds Lumi AI fills any empty seats) and private rooms with a 6-letter code to share with friends. You play as a guest with a callsign, no email needed. There is no typed chat, only fixed callouts, and you can report or block any player. A 2v2 team mode and ranked leagues are planned, with no dates.

Rules
5 questions
Are the rules the same as normal Ludo?+
Yes. With up to four squads it is the standard 15 x 15 board with a 52-square track, home lanes and 8 safe squares (the four start squares plus four stars). Five or six squads play on a six-house board with a longer track. You need a 6 to leave base, you capture by landing exactly on an enemy, and you win by getting all your soldiers home.
What happens when I land on an enemy?+
Your soldier stops one square short and opens fire. Each fight picks a weapon: pistol, rifle burst or shotgun, a single sniper shot (more likely across a long gap), or a grenade lobbed on an arc. The enemy is knocked out, vanishes in a puff of smoke and respawns at its base, and your soldier steps onto the square. It takes a second or two.
Can I skip the gun fight?+
Yes. Tap the board to skip any fight. You can also turn on fast animations (fights take about 0.8 seconds), or Reduce motion, which skips the fights and hops altogether.
What are the house rules?+
Switches you can turn on or off: needing a 6 to leave base, an extra turn for rolling a 6, for winning a gun fight and for getting a soldier home, three 6s in a row forfeiting your turn, needing an exact roll to reach home, and winning when all your soldiers are home or when the first one gets home. You also choose 1 to 6 soldiers per squad.
Can I play with two dice?+
Yes. With two dice you make two moves per turn, and rolling doubles gives you a bonus turn.

Gun fights and age
3 questions
Is it violent?+
It is cartoon combat. There is no blood and no gore. Soldiers are knocked out with X eyes, fall over, vanish in a puff of smoke and respawn at their base. Our parents' guide explains the game in more detail.
Can I turn the fights and sounds down?+
Yes. Settings has separate volume sliders for Music, Game sounds and Squad voice, a Vibration switch, and Reduce motion, which skips the fight animations and calms the battlefield effects. The same quick settings open from inside a match.
What happens on a safe star?+
Soldiers on a safe star carry a shield, so they cannot be captured there. A shot bounces off with a ricochet sound and a blue dome.
