The short answer: offline matches stay on your phone. If you play Online squads, our servers keep a small guest account: a callsign, your battle stats and who you blocked or reported. No email, no real name. Here is the long answer, with every detail.

Last updated All policies

In plain words

  • Offline play (Play vs Lumi AI, Custom match, Pass & play) sends nothing about you or your matches to us.
  • Online squads use a guest account with no email or password: a callsign you choose, battle stats, your blocked list and any reports you make. Delete it any time in the app.
  • Settings and match setup are saved on your phone only. Delete the game and they are gone.
  • No advertising, no analytics and no tracking tools, in the game or on this website. We never sell data.
  • The website keeps no visitor profiles. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs for security.
  • There is no typed chat. Online players see each other's callsign only, never an email, id or location.

01Who we are and what this covers

Ludo Fighters and this website are made and run by Lacspace Corporation Pvt Ltd (“Lacspace”, “we”, “us”), a software company. Lacspace is responsible for any personal data described here.

This policy covers the Ludo Fighters game on Android and iPhone and this website. It does not cover Google Play or the App Store, which have their own privacy policies, or other Lacspace products.

02What the game keeps, and where

Offline play stays on your device

Play vs Lumi AI, Custom match and Pass & play run on your phone. They do not send your matches, your settings or anything about you to Lacspace or anyone else. Only Online squads talk to our servers, as described in the next section.

So that the game opens the way you left it, it saves these things in its own storage on your device:

What the game stores on your device
WhatDetailsWhere it lives
Your settingsMusic, Game sounds and Squad voice (on or off, and their volume), Vibration and Reduce motion.Your device only
Your match setupWhich colours play, whether each is a human or Lumi AI, the player names you type, the Lumi AI personality, soldiers per squad, the battlefield and your house rules.Your device only
A short error logThe last errors the app ran into (up to 20), so you can send them to us with a bug report. Nothing is sent automatically: only if you use Share diagnostics in Settings and pick where to send it, together with the app version and your phone's system version.Your device only
Online sign-in keyOnly if you open Online squads: a random key made on your phone that signs you in to your guest account, kept in the phone's secure storage.Your device (our servers keep only a scrambled fingerprint of it)

Player names in Pass & play are whatever you type, and they never leave the phone. We suggest first names or nicknames.

The game has no email sign-up, no typed chat and no purchases. It does not ask for your contacts, location, photos, camera or microphone. The squad voices are recordings played by the game; it never listens to you.

When you download the game, Google or Apple may collect information under their own policies, for example to process the download or, if you have allowed it in your phone's settings, to share crash reports with developers. That is handled by the store under its own policy.

03Online squads: what our servers keep

Online squads are optional. Nothing below happens unless you open Online squads in the game. When you do, the game makes a guest account on our servers. There is no email, phone number, password or real name.

What our servers keep for an online guest account
WhatWhyWho can see it
Your callsignThe name other players see in the lobby and the match. New players start as “Soldier” plus a number; you can change it. Callsigns pass a rude-word filter.Players in your room or match
A scrambled fingerprint of your sign-in keySo your phone can sign back in to the same account. We never store the key itself.Nobody but our servers
Battle statsBattles played, wins, losses and knock-outs, shown on your Online squads screen. You
Your blocked listBlocked players are never matched with you, can’t join your rooms, and you stop receiving their callouts. You
Reports you makeThe callsign you reported and the reason you picked (callsign, cheating, abuse or other). Our team reviews reports. If three different players report the same callsign, it is reset. The Lacspace team

While a match is running, our servers hold the room: the callsigns at the table, the dice, the soldiers' positions and the turn timer. The server rolls the dice and checks every move so nobody can cheat. Rooms close when the match ends or after a period with no activity.

Talking in a match is by fixed callouts only, such as “Nice!” or “Hurry!”. There is no typed chat, and other players never receive your account id, your sign-in key or any contact details.

Like any online service, our servers record technical details of each connection, such as your IP address and the time, to keep the service secure and to limit abuse (for example, too many sign-ins or wrong room codes from one address).

Deleting it: in the game, open Settings or Online squads and tap Delete my online account. Your callsign, stats and blocked list are deleted for good, and the phone forgets its sign-in key. Reports you made stay with our team for safety review but are no longer linked to you. Offline play is not affected.

04What this website collects

The website has no accounts, no sign-up forms and no comments. It sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics (see our cookie policy).

Like almost every website, it is served by a hosting provider. When your browser asks for a page, our hosting provider's servers record standard technical details, such as your IP address, your browser's user agent, the page requested and the time. These server logs are used to keep the site secure, stop abuse and fix faults. They are kept for a limited period under the provider's own settings. We don't combine them with anything else or use them to build profiles of visitors.

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write, and use it only to reply and to deal with your request.

05No ads, no analytics, no selling

The game contains no advertising and no advertising or analytics software, and the website runs no analytics or advertising trackers. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

We share data only when we have to: with our hosting provider and email provider as they handle the server logs and messages described above, or with the authorities when the law or a valid legal order requires it.

06Children's privacy

Ludo Fighters is a cartoon board game that families play together. Offline play collects no personal data, so a child can play it without sharing anything with us. Online squads ask for no email, real name or contact details, have no typed chat and show only a callsign; parents who prefer can simply not use Online squads.

If a child emails us, we use the message only to reply. A parent or guardian can ask us to delete it at any time by writing to info@lacspace.com.

Our parents' guide explains what the game shows and the settings that help younger players.

07How long data is kept

  • Settings, match setup and the error log stay on your device until you change them, clear the game's data or delete the game.
  • An online guest account is kept while you have it. Delete it any time in the game and it is removed for good; reports you made are kept for safety review without a link to you.
  • Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for a limited period, then deleted.
  • Emails you send us are kept as long as we need them to answer you and keep a record of the request, then deleted.

08Your rights and requests

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Write to info@lacspace.com with “Privacy” in the subject. We answer within 30 days, and we may ask you to confirm the request comes from you.

You can delete the data on your device yourself at any time: clear the game's storage in your phone's settings, or delete the game. You can delete your online guest account yourself in the game, or ask us to do it.

If the law where you live gives you further rights, such as complaining to a data protection authority, nothing in this policy limits them.

09International visitors

Data described here is processed by Lacspace and its hosting providers, which may be in different countries. We choose providers that protect the data they handle, and the small amount of data described here is treated the same way wherever it is processed.

10Security

The website and Online squads use encrypted connections. Online, the server never stores your sign-in key itself, only a scrambled fingerprint of it, and other players never receive ids or contact details. Data kept on your phone is protected by your phone's own security, such as its screen lock.

11Changes and contact

We will update this policy when the game or the law changes, and show the new date at the top. Questions or requests go to info@lacspace.com.
